7. User Conduct

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are provided outdoors. Violation of our smoking policy may result in cleaning fees.

Gambling activities must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Guests are responsible for understanding and adhering to local gambling laws. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.

Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged to the responsible party. This includes damage to rooms, furnishings, fixtures, or any other hotel property.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates these conduct standards, engages in illegal activity, or poses a threat to the safety and comfort of other guests or staff.

8. Limitation of Liability
